    Hi Laurel,

Your reflection today for BIS is spot on and very timely for me. I could linger with your words just a little bit longer before starting the day. This is the 2nd time I referenced to meet the author & was so happy to realize we had a lovely conversation @ the BIS retreat about living overseas. I am so happy to stay connected.

    • Thank you for your sweet words, Teri, and for re-connecting! I do remember our conversation in the lunch line about living overseas — hope we have the occasion to meet again in person soon! 🙂

What a beautiful blogsite! Light and gentle! I enjoyed my first visit today, after reading your post on Blessed Is She. (About your heart being hardened by a day of judging and complaining. I never thought of that verse like that. I thought that was the heart of the “unsaved” person!

Please visit me when you have a free moment (with two little ones, ha!) at my blogsite, Growing in Grace….at any age! (growingingraceatanyage.com) It’s really for those of us who have long ago lived that life of raising toddlers, but it might give you something to think about when you think your busy frustrating day will never end. Seeing the photos of your darling little girls and reading through your comments, I looked back with a little sadness on my time with three little daughters — how I wish now that I had just relaxed more and enjoyed the time I had with them. They are grown now, no longer the cuddly darlings they were. The time flew by while I was complaining about a messy house and tantrums!
