I am a tad behind on these posts (and in life in general). But if it isn’t clear from the photo above, this little one is on the MOVE. She’s a bundle of energy that keeps me on my toes (aaaand she’s not even crawling yet, oh dear).
These photos are from the 4 month portrait session I did with her. It’s getting harder to have her sit still for them.
At her 4 month check-up, she came in at 15 lbs. 4 oz. and was 25 1/2 inches tall!
(I think this onesie speaks truth as it is a passion for both her parents.) 😉
This is the pose she would often get into when she was first learning how to roll over. The hand clasp seemed to help her gain momentum and focus her steely determination. Boy, is she determined.
One of our latest and greatest feats this month is the ‘toe grab’. She loves to grab hold of her feet and rock back on forth on her back. Sometimes she’ll grab her feet while lying back in her boppy pillow, just relaxing.
That worm is one of her favorite toys and has been since she was able to notice it. I think it might be all the bright colors and rings that shift back and forth on the outside, making a funny noise.
She’s teething. This ladybug is her best friend on days where her gums are bothering her (and most days in between).
Evelyn loves when we read to her. She’s getting better about sitting still and listening while the book is read. It helps if she has her own book to hold onto.
Two teeth on bottom have already sprouted! (At 3 1/2 months! Yikes!)
